Did a 24 room temp ferment (.04% yeast) for this one — very happy with the airy, crispy texture, but could definitely use more tangy flavor in the crust. Still good.

Made a bunch of brown butter chocolate chunk cookies with flaky sea salt for a school event. First time trying the pan bang method, but didn’t get great ripples. Happy with the thinness and crispy edges, though.
