Ναι. Ίσως κάποια συνεργασία μεταξύ ιδιωτικου/δημοσίου τομέα. Υποψιάζομαι ότι θα υπάρχουν σε κάποιο συρτάρι μελέτες με ωραίες ιδέες που αγνοήθηκαν. Πάντως συμφωνώ με τον @mperedim.bsky.social ότι αν ξαναεμφανιστεί ένας ΟΕΚ θα'ναι για ψηφοθηρικούς λόγους και βολέματα.

Αλήθεια είναι αυτό και δε μου φαίνεται απίθανο αν συνεχίσουν να πέφτουν/δεν ανεβούν στις δημοσκοπήσεις. Κάπου είχα δει σχέδια κοινωνικής κατοικίας παλαιότερων δεκαετιών που είχαν φτιάξει Έλληνες αρχιτέκτονες αλλά δε θυμάμαι που. Υπέθεσα ότι είχαν φτιαχτεί με κάποια συνεργασία με το κράτος.
