I also have to be *extremely* careful what I'm eating along with the Prosecco or whatever. I have learned my lesson about bringing any type of fried food into the mix.

Wine tends to be a trigger for me. It tends to be so high-acid. Prosecco and champagne seem to *usually* be ok. Beer used to be ok, but seems tricky lately. Any liquor like vodka is asking for trouble. I don't mix, ever. Like, no glass of wine and then a beer later. I stick to one thing.
