People saying Trump is dying or possibly dead, but I for one would urge caution, because it is quite possible a second healtbar will appear as he enters his second phase and a gargantuan centipede will burst forth from his torso, so be careful of his new sweep attacks and toxic buildup from bites.

In winter through early spring, you can sometimes find unspoiled, still-bright groundcherries sitting in the latticed remnants of their husks, like hearts suspended in paper ribcages

"You've been kidnapped. The characters from the last TV show you watched are trying to rescue you. Who is coming to save you?"

Interview with the Vampire. I'm so dead lol.

This is still my advice: Become a writer anyway. Fuck it, do it, it won't save you, but it's still a beautiful dream to write novels and short stories and poems and mingle with other dreamers and make art and laugh in the face of death. And writing is constant death. Live más.

Found a tool that allowed me to more easily find and follow all the folks I used to follow on the hell site and now this place feels more comfortable by far.

In feeling increasingly anxious about the safety of online writing, I’ve been turning back to notebooks, diaries, binders, and sketchpads. Pen on paper has been remarkably calming and helps to relieve some of that concern for privacy.

I’ve been looking for new art to decorate my apartment and the amount of AI generated garbage I’m seeing absolutely flooding places like Etsy is real disappointing.

A kickstarter I’ve been expecting is finally fulfilling and I got a notification that my package would be delivered tomorrow… from Germany… even with Amazon warping my perception about how long these things should take, I feel like that’s a bit fast?!

I’m fascinated by train stations right now, and the feelings around waiting for a train, lingering in a train station, making sure you get off at the right stop. It’s a mundane thing, but so rife with meaning. Gotta track down media that deals with station hopping as a metaphor.

Moving is an amazing opportunity to reevaluate basically any pattern or behavior and decide if it’s something you want to bring forward with you.

Clearing out email newsletters, Patreon subs, streaming subs, any and every thing that I took for granted: do I still want to give this my attention?

I just came back from my singing lesson and I had the most marked improvement of any sessions so far. I hit notes I have never hit before.

Murder She Wrote x Elden Ring

Jessica Fletcher would absolutely turn the Lands Between right around and reveal all the dirty laundry of the Golden Order though. Imagine the moments of care with Ranni and Melina, the way she would absolutely talk sense into Malenia, how she’d put Varre in his place.

“She hadn’t been surprised when Other Kelly showed up. She’d treated Other Kelly the way she treated tax season.”

Read Genevieve Valentine's wry tale of fraying friend groups and the discontents of doppelgängers, “Other Kelly”!

Other Kelly - Reactor
Kelly's friends were all getting a little sick of Kelly, even before the doppelganger showed up. And sure, it probably wants to kill her; they're just trying to decide if that's worse...or better.

I’ve been playing thru Lies of P and there’s just so much about it that reminds me of other games I’ve loved. It wears Bloodborne well, but so many things are making me think of NieR and Automata too.

Y'all, I have not watched Riverdale in like three seasons, but I am just astonished that they somehow found the most Riverdale thing to put in the series finale. I was like, "how can they top witches, superpowers, time travel?" ... They put the main four in a quad… 🤣

I’ve been in such a horror mood lately that I’ve cued up Hannibal. Only ever made it through S1 years ago but now have the whole series on demand.
