Either way -- this is what he ran on in his campaign. People should not be surprised. Unfortunately, we all feel the pain of bad policy and incompetence.

He is simple minded and petty. Def not #1. He wants to stay in power and be rich and take it out on people that aren't loyal. He will do #2 and doesn't care if things are tore down (#4) as long as he is rich and in power. If things go sour he will go #3 and blame Biden. #tariffs
