Reposting this just to say that the grind mindset is actively detrimental to the creative process. I wish more shows and productions embraced a slower pace. I’m co GMing my first VTM chronicle and we had like 6-8 months of preproduction before starting recording.

New challenge for myself: sketching in biro, which apparantly makes you learn faster because you aren't spending half your time erasing sketch lines, and you just have to accept mistakes: just draw it again if you really can't.
