Ad blocker idea for mobile apps: instead of blocking those annoying video ads for crap games (which the app may detect and react poorly to)….

Does anyone know what causes this particular failure mode? I’ve only seen on gas station pumps. Sometimes as many as 3 or 4, I think they’re always complete circles.
