Are the sleeves slightly bell shaped?

I love the color work here!

Thank you for the advice! What I spend on books is not my business

I notice this in cooking competition shows, especially older episodes. “Who hates women?” is a game I play.

Older episodes: it’s so many of the men and some of the women.
Newer episodes: maybe it’s edited out, but it seems to be fewer people (still mostly men)

If a sea otter is separated from its mom (she’s hit by a boat, for example), the baby will not survive. Their fur isn’t yet ready for cold ocean temps and they can’t feed themselves. Without human intervention they will die. This could be a video of a rescued sea otter pup.

That yellow is gorgeous!

Those are adorable buttons! Toggles would also be cute on this sweater and then the absence of buttonholes is a feature

Thanks for the rec! I want to host more and this was a good reminder why I want to host: connection with people.
I often get stuck because I want to host “perfectly,” with a level of effort that is honestly exhausting.

Is the idea that the craters we can see weren’t there yet? Or did people back then believe the craters weren’t topographical?

Our postpartum doula saved us. Laundry, dishes, holding/caring for the baby so we got an hour-long nap—it was essential, especially because we don’t have family close by
