Dumb thing for the day- was peer pressured into having a bite of lovely shortbread by a very charming old lady. It was a tiny bite, but I could immediately feel it in my throat, and had a headache in five minutes. Learnings!

I try to not have heroes, but Dame Sue Bagshaw is one of mine, from when I met her in my early 20s. She was very helpful with professional advice regarding my readiness to transition.
