Any MD's in the crowd?

I'm drunk and don't care anymore. Finnish public healthcare has failed me.

Now I don't have an MD, but I'm PRETTY sure there's something wrong here. I sought treatment, they concluded nothing wrong, dismissing me, not listening to me describe symptoms.
