he's have a legit argument to instead turn the water OFF to these regions that are dependent on external sources and and subject to drastic climate change ... force a mass migration to less risky and independent zones (eg, all US states bordering Canada)

Achieving Gilead has been their playbook for decades, if you remember Pat Buchanon, the Tea Party, really long term cunning strategic thinking, while the pacifist, genuinely good but naive Dems are caught unaware ... and easily distracted by extremism within their own ranks (eg, SJP on campuses).

everyone should immigrate legally, just like I tried to do in 1989 and move to Australia. However, I lacked the points, funds or job sponsorship, so I stayed here, and am still bitter about it. Had I been brazen enough to try anyway, I would not expect legal protection and free benefits.

I do not believe they developed it on their own and as cheaply as claimed. Is it the product of hacking? A code review would be interesting if it really is open source, and did the Chinese government fund development. And what about the built in censorship re Asian history, is it trustworthy?

pardoning the 1500 j6 thugs would be enough in a rational world. I am surprised the Dems have not already started that. It would make some GOP reps squirm. They are not all election deniers, anti-cop, anti-establishment.

Sorry, if there was a god, this shit would not keep happening. Rather, the GOP is the Army of God, seeking to make the US a theocracy no different than Iran. We need to take religion out. Scotus, P2025, Speaker Johnson, Freedom Caucus are all about Christian based persecution.
