Anec-data: As someone who has been both poor and rich, lemme tell you which one had more "free" stuff.
I get upgrades, "free gifts," and all sorts of other nonsense now that I no longer need free stuff. It's been wild to observe from both sides of the fence.

Interestingly... a court case in Louisiana ruled that ALS/FLS survey must be used for H-2A wage rules.
A few days later they terminated the survey. Then issued a new rule (which, using different data) set the rate lower.
I know data isn't the headline topic now (nor should it be), but it matters.
