Found this out yesterday, went to sleep with it bugging me, woke up and it's still bugging me: Bayonetta 2 added damage scaling to Charge Modifiers based on hit count. I can't even, what, why?
It's hard to see but the ticks of held P are:

Combo is 0.1x the damage of a move.

Feather face can also be something like, bird brains in terms of insult but I'm keeping it in-line with Mr Ohara's original translation. Unfortunately, the localization of 5 missed this one...
