While we’re all basking in the glow of Trump’s Nobel Peace Prize, I thought I’d remind you all of last year, when I was honored for winning the World Series.

Donald Trump is running our economy into the ground, and hurting thousands of hardworking families in the process. It’s time to put the adults back in charge.

Every year, gun violence rips families apart and steals the lives of our friends, neighbors, and children. I’m proud to receive @bradypac.bsky.social’s endorsement and will continue to fight for a world free from the scourge of gun violence.

Proud to stand with protestors in Newport last weekend to call out the lawlessness of ICE.

Let’s be clear: if Mike Johnson and House Republicans had done their job and exercised oversight over the lawlessness of ICE, Renee Good would be alive today. Her blood is on their hands.

15 years ago, Gabby Giffords was shot while hosting a community event in Arizona. Since then, she has dedicated her life to protecting others and ending gun violence. Her courage inspires us every day to keep fighting to end the scourge of gun violence in this country.

The results are in for our Frosh Fantasy Football League. Minfinite Jest (my team) lost in a close final to The Sleeper (@juliejohnsontx.bsky.social). CMC and Chase Brown were awesome, but injuries to Mahomes, Davante Adams, and Marvin Harrison cost me.

Congrats Julie!

This is political retribution, plain and simple. Pete Hegseth is trampling our Constitution to go after Trump’s critics. It’s wrong, it’s illegal, and Hegseth must be held liable.

Merry Christmas! I hope your day is filled with love, laughter, and cheer. For those of us who celebrate this holy day, let us be renewed with the spirit of loving thy neighbor, fighting for the vulnerable, and speaking truth to power.

The epidemic of gun violence in this country is unacceptable and cannot be normalized. I’m thankful to have the endorsement of Stop Gun Violence. Together, I am hopeful we can make progress towards eliminating gun violence in this country.

Trump may not literally be stealing Christmas this year, but he might as well be, as his economic policies have massively raised the costs of the gifts we give and the food we put on our table, all so billionaires can buy more yachts. His heart is indeed two sizes too small.

Corporations are making record profits even as the real economy tanks and working families are facing soaring costs. Trump’s tax giveaways to big businesses and the wealthy are driving this growing inequality, and this is not sustainable. It’s time to put average Americans first again.

It was wonderful spending the evening with the @dpoc.bsky.social in my home city of Irvine. Always grateful to celebrate with people who embody the true meaning of the holidays– welcoming the stranger, helping those in need, and fighting for a kinder, more inclusive community.

Americans are dealing with soaring costs and a stagnant job market, so naturally, Donald Trump is laser focused on building a gilded ballroom and renovating DC’s golf courses.

Big thanks to ICV College Dems for hosting me for a Q&A session last week. I‘m always grateful for the chance to hear from the next generation of leaders. Our democracy is stronger when young people are engaged and their voices are heard.

In the real world, families are being hammered by soaring costs and a flailing economy. Meanwhile, Trump- who appears mentally impaired- is living in a fantasy land where the economy is in “A+++++” territory and concerns about rising costs are a “hoax.”

Wishing you and your loved ones a happy and joyful Hanukkah!

Our democracy depends on a clear separation of powers. Donald Trump, with the full support of a corrupt and partisan Supreme Court, is defying the Constitution and asserting the powers of a dictator. This cannot stand. #NoKings

Fantasy FB playoffs have begun!

In our freshmen House league, it’s me vs. Johnny O (I’m on the right w/ a HUGE night from Kyle Pitts Sr.) and @mannionforny.bsky.social vs. @mcdonaldrivet.bsky.social.

@juliejohnsontx.bsky.social & @suhasforvirginia.bsky.social finished 1/2 and have a bye.

Thank you to the @centralocdems.bsky.social for inviting me to your annual holiday brunch and toy drive. I know this has been a no-good very-bad year for most Americans, but it was good to spend time celebrating the season with this awesome community.

Trump campaigned on lowering costs and creating jobs. Instead, he’s focused on tax cuts for billionaires, terrorizing immigrant communities and grifting.

The results? 1.1 million lost jobs (!), higher prices everywhere, and no accountability anywhere.

Happy Thanksgiving! We started our day off with a Turkey Trot and are now going to cook, watch football, and eat.

It is so easy, particularly during these tumultuous times, to forget how fortunate we are. I am thankful for so much, and I am thinking of those who are lonely, cold, or hungry today.

The President of the United States, calling for the death of his political opponents. Totally normal.

Former law prof here w/ advice for new lawyers.

When facing a new challenge (like bringing your first indictment), lean on colleagues with experience.

And never just make shit up (like lying about a grand jury indictment). “Fake it til you make it” will get you disbarred!
