When they say 99% of ballots are counted, that is based on the historical estimated turnout. You saw this in the 2020 election. It was one of the things, Trump was crying about. In other words, it isn't nefarious. It is a good sign that more people showed up then was expected.

No income tax would be insanely stupid!!
1. It will super favor the rich!!
2. Where is he finding 1.5 trillion in revenue. Not from tariffs. Maybe he can get 400-500 billion.
Someone needs to remind him, he is only president until 29, sooner if he does us all a favor and just die!!
