Bring on the meritocracy!
Been saying this for a year now. After SFFA, the @nytimes ran a story about universities working overtime to recruit men--many of whom had less glittering credentials than women applicants. Wesleyan literally created a football team to recruit more men. We ladies are ready for the meritocracy.

This is exactly what churches should be doing, calling out injustice.

📌 Lake Street Church Nativity: a bold social justice statement with ICE-like Roman soldiers, the Virgin Mary in a gas mask, baby Jesus zip-tied, Joseph on the ground, pushing viewers to think about immigration.

How long before the story becomes, just a patriot doing what he thought was best for the country and the bombs didn’t go off, so no harm, no foul. Give the poor guy another chance, it’s not like he is bringing drugs into the country!

Yes, quite curious. Might Trump be particularly worried about Alzheimer’s given his family history?
The Alzheimer's drug Leqembi:

- Is administered through an infusion (for example, through the hand)
- Can cause swelling, bleeding, or fluid leakage in the brain, requiring regular MRIs
- Can cause tiredness

Curious. 🤔

Somehow we need to exert maximum lethality on the people bringing the drugs that adults in this country willingly use to damage themselves and yet we don’t do the same against the manufacturers of the weapons that are used to kill children who do not ask for it.

When they relax the fuel economy standards I’m sure the car companies will be rushing to build cars that get 5 or 6 miles to the gallon like the good old days. The consumers will demand it!

Pete Hegseth is on record to be in favor of maximum lethality and unshackling the “warriors.” He wants to play at being the tough guy but when it comes to accountability, suddenly he is cowering…

My thoughts on the “male loneliness” epidemic:

There are many high profile examples of what women are looking for in a partner:

Tom Holland
Travis Kelce
Prince Harry
George Clooney
Klay Thompson
Benny Blanco
Jason Kelce
Russel Wilson

They all have the same thing in common:

Remember Thomas Jacob Sanford, the Iraq veteran who burned up a Mormon Church in September? Remember Nigel Edge, the Iraq veteran sniper who shot up a bar from his boat in Cape Fear, also in September?

Keep track of how differently we speak of them than Rahmanullah Lakanwal.

So if Trump says the airspace is closed he will maintain the right to shoot down any aircraft, civilian or military that violates that closure? Is that what he’s saying here?
Markwayne Mullin: "President Trump has tried to do this through closing down international water. They continue to ship drugs. Now they're starting to fly them into the US through tail numbers that are being disguised as commercial flights or private flights."

Hegseth is a cold-blooded murderer. There's no way to dress it up. He's a criminal. And his was precisely the kind of illegal order that those Dem members of Congress urged the military not to follow. www.washingtonpost.com/national-sec...
Hegseth order on first Caribbean boat strike, officials say: Kill them all
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth issued a verbal order to kill all crew members in the Sept. 2 strike on a suspected drug boat. Navy SEALs fired a second missile.

NEWS --> BBC confirms to me that they did edit a line out of historian @rutgerbregman.com's speech. It called Trump "the most openly corrupt president in US history."

BBC also confirms this was done on the advice of lawyers. So Trump's threats worked.

First, British Broadcasting Corporation execs resigned after Trump complained about a segment. Now the BBC edited out a line from a historian that was critical of Trump. Where does this end?
