The problem with cyberwar is that it has real consequences, but they are juuuust obscure enough that western nations can’t bring themselves to fight back kinetically.
Multiple countries have had political changes from this stuff, but we don’t treat it like the government overthrows they are.

Minor quibble - loose TQs do have a role. I apply them as a prophylactic when I need to move a patient that isn’t severely bleeding but might do so soon if stuff juggles loose. Saves a bit of time.
That’s not what is happening in this picture, but it IS a thing in other situations

Yeah, and so much of it is up in trees getting blown back and forth, mechanically stressing while in full sun exposure, basically for the foreseeable future.
