There are tools that they could try using (Article II, Section 3, president calls a special session), but constitutionally this Congress ends in December.

One sorta-harmless example: During the primary, Zohran's campaign did a video inside a bodega that explained how he'd cut small biz red tape. In October some accounts reshared this video but suggested it was a new Zohran policy, revealing that he was abandoning his socialist views post-primary.

I just don't see much of a point in pretending that it's 1993 and newsrooms with reporters who check sources and consult libel lawyers determine what people see. People are seeing a lot of propaganda instead. It is what it is.

Unpopular view: I've got some sympathy for these reporters bc they've learned that asking Trump to clarify can burn 2 minutes of the interview on a ramble about how everybody knows 2020 was stolen.

Right, voter perception of "ICE" is changing as we speak.

But those same voters think it's good to have police departments and "defund" sounds scary.

Yeah and not trying to disagree w you! I thought more about it since last week.

I think they'll end up with "instead of Trump's masks thugs raiding daycares, let's just enforce the law at the border." Under Biden voters said "they won't enforce the law and they're giving my $ to migrants"
