Pen takers is just the fpl meta with the way the game is set up - can’t honestly bench Bruno for Rogers. Rolling for the second week in a row. Want Mbeumo back soon; no interest in Everton obviously. Think Bournemouth will beat Forest, who I think have rode their luck a bit lately. 37k GL all!

Stopped the run of two reds with a green arrow in fpl this week off the back of an old school Liverpool clean and back to 36k where I’ve been bobbing about for the last 6 weeks. Should hopefully be able to roll at least.

Bit late now but really wish Slot would allow Trent to overlap more when we aren’t winning games. though related problem with the current set up is there aren’t enough bodies in the box to finish anyway.

The Assistant Manager Chip is great, as there are so many different ways it can be used! Just make sure YOU have a plan and pick a strategy that YOU think is best for YOUR team.
For example, I have a plan to copy @BenCrellin, as I think that is the best strategy for MY team.

Would bite your hand off for a grey arrow with this team- Roger’s fifth yellow means I have to start Bruno. Plus if Liverpool Man U is postponed I’m completely screwed (also meant to be travelling down south for it). Only one free so something like Bruno to Gordon feels too luxurious.

15k red. guess i’m making a gk transfer with my free this week -between Sels and Alisson- the latter locks me in to TC Salah in the everton dgw. I haven’t really looked into the assman chip but hopefully there will be another decent time to play it

With only one free there’s no festive fun for me (Saka to Bruno). Having brought in Joao Pedro last week I was really happy with my team but hadn’t factored in poss having to move funds- if Id have rolled I’d probably have ended up bringing in Jackson this week instead. 44k 0 frees 2 milly. GL all!

81 points and missed a 7th green on the bounce to slide back to 44k. Bruno looks the obvious choice for Saka replacement- don’t really have the squad depth for jota/diaz and Ode blocks a 3rd arsenal. Maybe I’ll tank my season for Phil.

Enzo Trent and Isak in for Mbeumo Lewis and Watkins. Ideally wanted to keep Lewis but couldn’t risk Gabriel benching with no news (better for me if he just misses out now). Lot of people I respect on Palmer cap- I fancy Mo’s form plus think Brentford are better than Fulham. 0 frees 0.5m 50k. GL all!

Given FPL towers MO is to increase players and engagement I’m not sure a chip that makes the game much more complicated for casuals was well thought through. Chips should be simple and intuitive. Making it more like the abortive fpl challenge should have been the first thing they ruled out. Grim.
