Version 2.1 of the QC:MXP repeat-injection derived batch correction app is now available to download at qcmxp.org.
I thought it would be fun to revisit an old data set from Craig Wheelock's lab - doi.org/10.1183/1399....
16 batch, 880 subjects, 224 pooled QC injections, 100+ curated metabolites.

It is a standalone app (i.e. compiled for Windows or OSX using App Designer) using Matlab 2025a runtime library. So, no there are no problems with the new version of Matlab.
