I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again: an administration (and its supporters) who believe that they are not limited by the rule of law have no moral or philosophical claim to the protection of the rule of law. “The law is whatever we say it is” warrants the same in response.

We need a Joe McCarthy right about now to go after, arrest, prosecute, even execute these traitors. My fear is we have let it go too far. We may not be able to stop them even with McCarthyism tactics. But if it's going to be stopped, I cannot see any other way.

Once more for those in back: Trump is a bumbling incompetent narcissist driven by paranoia and revenge. There is no strategy. He surrounded himself with home-schooled religious nuts and sycophantic millionaires. He’ll do a lot of damage but let’s at least not give him the advantage of credibility.
