Every time I call my company’s help desk because something isn’t working I get a survey asking me to rate 1-10 how likely it is that I’d recommend the help desk to friends and/or family.

Saw someone post a few weeks ago that if you are boasting that passing a cognitive test was the same as acing an IQ test, you’ve essentially failed both.
