Wait til they hear about Rick Scott's little Medicare scheme.
Vance: "We are outraged at the injustice of Tim Walz allowing Somalian immigrants to defraud that program to the tune of billions of dollars. It ought to go to Americans because that's who it's there for."

weird how officials can blow a game changing call and everybody just laughs about it

Anybody with the Ravens who still has a persecution complex and thinks NFL officials have it in for them needs to watch this game closely.

If any god were to intervene in a sporting event, it would not be on behalf of the Canes.
With all due respect, God does not care about your performance in a sporting event.

You are not, in fact, His worldly agent carrying out a divine punishment of Texas A&M.

This “Alabama” team must be one of those mid-majors that everybody has been complaining about, why’d we let them into the Playoff just to get run off the field by the big boys

Telling the truth shouldn't require an apology.
Mean Girls and Mamma Mia star Amanda Seyfried has refused to back down on labeling right-wing activist Charlie Kirk “hateful” shortly after his murder.

The worst part about this is that there are still many people out there who will try to justify it. They will be full of shit, but they will try.

Where’s the CBS News town hall focused on the Democrats assassinated in Minnesota?
Bari Weiss has a CBS town hall set with Erika Kirk, widow of Charlie Kirk.

If you want to attend, you're asked a series of questions on an online form.

The first question is: “Do you consider yourself a conservative? If so, why?”

Al Michaels and Kirk Herbstreit don't get it (or pretend not to get it), but at least some people do.
For those with angry relatives like mine, the quick explainer:

They gotta for 2 at some pt

If they wait til the end of the game and fail, it’s automatically over.

It is uncanny how the New York Times manages to use absurdly conciliatory framing on every story about this administration.
Breaking News: Robert F. Kennedy Jr. said he personally instructed the CDC to abandon its position that vaccines do not cause autism. The move underscores his determination to challenge scientific orthodoxy — in this case, that vaccines save lives — and bend the health department to his will.

In an interview, Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. cited gaps in vaccine safety research. His critics say he is ignoring a larger point: Vaccines save lives.

Who is "we"?
Plus, all the income we’re saving by spending dramatically less on food and clothing and furniture and appliances has to go somewhere! With tons more money available to spend, we’ve bid up the price of more scarce goods, like labor and land. We also buy nicer houses, consume more healthcare, etc.
By the way, your point about the shrinking fraction we spend on "goods" like clothing is also one reason why "college costs so much." We have seen spectacular rises in labor productivity in producing "things" over the past century. Much smaller rises in productivity in offering personal services.

And then have Tom Selleck's ghost sell you a reverse mortgage so the bank can just take your house when it's all said and done.
Trump’s plan is for people to pay his banker friends hundreds of thousands more in interest on mortgages while they own a piece of your home until you die.
