I appreciate, understand and respect all of that, and I appreciate that you acknowledge and make the effort. Those words just hit me (or, embracing my Old Guy status, stuck in my craw?) as a bit too dismissive, and I'm terrified of normalizing violation of the clear language of the Constitution.
