🐾 Chloe captured on the new camera 😍

There are so many features, but my favorite part has been learning how to manually dial in my settings and really see what the camera can do.

I can’t wait to get out there and capture more beautiful landscapes and the natural world!

Where should my next trip be? Looking for suggestions of places to photograph in Arizona.

This shot was taken at Buffalo Park in Flagstaff.

Update: My Canon EOS R6 Mark III arrived today and it is 😍🥵🤤🤩 just wow! I've already been acquainting myself with it.
Question: Do other photographers name their cameras? I've named my cars…
I just purchased my first Canon digital camera and it's quite an upgrade from my current 10 year old Sony camera. I can't wait to get it next week! 😍❤️

🌈 or 🔲? Do you prefer the color version or black & white version best?

This photo makes me want to cozy up on my couch and listen to meditative music while it rains outside 😌 Anyone else?

I took this photo on a recent scenic road trip from Flagstaff to Phoenix, while I stopped at Mormon Lake!

The beautiful Grand Canyon!

Never felt as small as I did when I went to visit the Grand Canyon for the first time. What a view!

I’m the first U.S.-born child of immigrant parents who came to this country with three kids and very little else. They raised us on hard work, respect for others, and gratitude, not just for the good in life, but for everything. That feeling is the heartbeat behind my photography.

This image was taken on the second day of the shooting period for the Plein Air Photography Festival, when I wasn’t feeling my best. It was a difficult day to get out, but I knew I had minimal time left to capture my shots.

This is one of my first photographs to be professionally printed and framed — and one of two pieces I submitted to the first annual Plein Air Photography Festival in Flagstaff.

This image — the moment I found it — felt like a gift.

Summer 2008. I was home from my first year of college, freshly exposed to a new environment, people, cultures, and a life away from home.

I drove down the desert highways & roads of the west valley looking for inspiration.
