Kennedy was a war hero- he fought in WW2, saved fellow sailors which left him with serious injuries. He earned the Navy and Marine Corps Medal.

I wonder if Pete Hegseth realizes that even if Trump gives him a pardon, that Venezuela could charge him with murder or so could the ICC? A future administration could decide to extradite him to face charges in a foreign tribunal. Life in a Venezuelan prison doesn’t sound fun to me.
