I've just accidentally ordered the same item twice on Amazon, money was taken immediately, managed to cancel one and order was canx immediately... But they can't refund for said item for up to 7 working days..Why can't they refund it as quickly as they take it?

It's cases like this that really wind me up, 111 just took a call from a Pt who vomited ONCE this morning, they've had all fucking day to contact their surgery but they wait till now, taking up an OOH GP slot who's only gonna tell them to contact their GP in the morning anyway!
