Brilliant film but I felt sorry for the man and his young son near us as they hadn’t realised it was subtitled.

It was an amazing production as I saw it last night, I don’t think I’ve seen this opera done with such emotion and Ermonela brought something special to her role.

I had never read any historical novels but all the reviews about Andrew’s Taylor’s Ashes of London made me start and have now read a huge amount (Sansom my fav - sorry) of historical crime novels from the 12c onwards and currently reading your first one ☺️

Unbelievably, #DuvetKnowItsChristmas generates such good will on social media that over the years we've raised somewhere approaching a quarter of a million quid for homeless charities. If you can spare a bob or two, sling some to Centrepoint, and here's the link: www.gofundme.com/f/duvet-know...

The main character Reacher has no possessions, no passport, mobile etc just travels the country (US) hitchhiking so not a bundle of laughs!

Yes the idea is they heat up overnight so set in on high for the first night then adjust tomorrow if it’s too high. Of course I’m hoping you don’t have something so different to mine I’m giving different info!

Apologies if you already know this. They need to be on all the time as they heat up overnight then give you heat all day. I’ve had storage heating for yrs and love it and find it really cheap though not very on and off’able. If it has a temp gauge an engineer said to me adjust seasonly not daily.
