That must have been a surreal sighting. We have national guard F-15s here in Portland that often do zoom departures (straight up), but I can't say I've seen anything exotic like that sleek bomber outside of an airshow.

That's a great question. The PPB officers were saying that it was out of their hands. I've wondered the same, especially when I saw them come out and spray folks peacefully sitting close to the gate. What's the legal justification for that?

When they gassed us, I moved across Macadam but had some words with PPB along the way. I was pushed by one and was then told that they were helping us.

I've never seen such a dense cloud of gas in person before. Portland Police were decidedly unhelpful.
