that game will getcha - when i first got botw (which iirc it was also a christmas present - either chrimmis or my birthday, it's been awhile now) i could not put it down i loved it so much

i hate being a g'raha fan because i hate having to be assailed by people being assholes about how right they think they are instead of ... oh, i don't know, just being patient and waiting for confirmation whensoever it comes.

i don't know if you're in the dalamud discord so sorry if this is old news - they're saying that an actual dalamud release might take a couple of days after the maintenance today, and all plugins will have to be individually updated for the new release. unfortunately it might be a bit longer :(

that IS still the game. the game is farming, farming, and more farming. it's a looter shooter first and foremost. the story is there, and it's pretty cool, but like. the entire thing is more or less "procedurally generated map with xyz objective".

duviri, that i got to ... took at most like .. mm.. 5-6 hours, guesstimating? for the story part itself.

the 'story' unlocks new modes to farm, essentially, for new stuff. that is the entire game and while the game *definitely* gets more challenging, and you get access to more (and cooler) frames -
