Another thing ETA doesn't say anything about: NC has a good Risk Limiting Audit. Random precincts were selected and there was a manual recount of machine tabulated votes.
Here's Forsyth's report.
If machines were flipping votes, the RLA would have caught it.

So ETA's hypothesis of high turnout precincts unusually going for Trump can be explained by...white people doing what white people do: Turn out to vote.
In 2024, white turnout was 12% higher than black turnout

Here's what ETA didn't show you. On the left is the voting results from Forsythe County. On the right is the density of black population in the same county.

"statistical anomalies"
"satellites flipping votes"
"lack of standing"

Deja Vu

Many. But to predicate a lawsuit on a voting pattern that could literally explained in seconds is ridiculous.

Trump got no votes in 10 Oklahoma precincts. Is that evidence of Kamala cheating?

Smart Election Business Plan:
Phase 1: Make ridiculous election claims
2: Raise money on claims
3: File lawsuit on claims
4: Early dismissal based on standing.
5: Profit!
6: Raise money for appeal
7: File an appeal
8: Early dismissal of appeal, holding lack of standing
9: Profit Squared!

Is there a reason why you didn't put Erie into the same format as Behrens?

I love that Carney is trying to save face by saying that he was the target of a Kremlin operation.

Instead of being an uncritical mope that repeats BS for Substack $$

There were 3 different Covid-19 variants cultured from the drains at the market. For "plausible" to happen, the lab leak would have had to happen 3 separate times in a period of 2 weeks, each making 3 separate 18 mile trips from the lab to the market.

Your "back-door deminimus updates" were system tested, source-code inspected, subjected to Logic & Accuracy testing, Trusted Build verification, and ran a mock election with pristine results.
The blogger you're amplifying change "no ADDITIONAL testing needed" to "No testing needed"

You'd drive on the wrong side of the street on the way to the precinct and kill 5 Democratic voters.

Stay home and eat some of that Spotted Dick.

"Trump flipping 80 counties with none going red to blue"

Obama flipped 134 counties in 2008.

In just 3 states.

Ready? On the count of 3.
One.
Two.
Three.

"But that was different!!"

So Obama cheated is what you're saying.

I am tearing my hair out.

Here is the heatmap from Klimek (one of the election fraud experts ETA references). This is from a fraudulent Russian election. Klimek circles the signature of fraud; a few precincts with extraordinarily high turnout and Putin vote share.

B) I accuse people of spreading disinformation when they spread disinformation and refuse to address rebuttals.
I have a dozen examples, but here's one. Here is ETA's heatmap of Erie County from their lawsuit.

The legislatively mandated 3% recount would have captured this error. The problem is already solved.

TL;DR

An obvious error in tabulation was detected and corrected before it became the official result. PS, the legislatively mandated 3% hand recount would have caught it too.

And if the "students" in your metaphor are the county election officials, they are grading the tests under the observation of everyone involved.
Here, from the statute I pointed you to that you didn't read.
December 18, 2025 at 3:43 PM
We can't even get the counties to uniformly report their audits and results, but somehow someone is going to hack a significant percentage of 3000+ counties using 5+ different vendors on systems spanning several releases.

She lost. Get over it.
