1. Two weeks ago in Portland I went into five restaurants, two supermarkets, Target, a butcher shop, Plaid Pantry, a beer store. No plywood

2. Just look at any recent videos for God's sake. Even next to ICE, windows intact.

That "no class action, no injunction, only individual suits in Court of Claims" is what they've said on some other issues. Even if suits became boilerplate would still be a lot of time and hassle and lawyer fees for a few week's pay.

That said, some risk Admin stiffs feds anyway and SCOTUS says each employee must sue govt individually
