I'm really happy that Council yesterday agreed with my ask to dispose of a parcel of land at Bullman/Hinchey directly to CCOC. I'll use the ward's affordable housing fund to accelerate a low-rise, multi-unit development there with big, multi-bedroom units. Stay tuned for details in the coming weeks!
