Before every demo, remember to pack your insurance: a quick restart plan, a narration backup, and a sense of humor.

Creative leadership is really hard to explain. Because sometimes? I could have one meeting in the morning, and need the *entire rest of the day* to just pace and do nothing and let my brain synthesize all the information it received just so in about 4 hours a pattern will emerge.
