Yet you're insisting that driving slower than the speed of traffic is fine, when in fact it raises the risk of collision significantly for yourself and people around you. Unfortunate that you seem okay with that.

I've specifically called out school zones as important to regulate and keep speed limits low around them, I'm talking about highways.

Absolutely. Medicare and Medicaid have maximums they pay for services. Some commercial plans have stuff in their contracts saying that hospitals can charge x00% of Medicare but generally hospitals can go hog wild on jacking their prices up for commercial populations

Not to get too into the weeds on this topic but drunk driving laws are depressingly lax in WI, and I would ascribe their higher mortality rate per 100k drivers more to the fact that they have chosen to allow more intoxicated people on the road.
