I love arguing about speed limits with people on this site because I know the average user age is mid fifties and there's a nonzero chance that I'm giving someone a heart attack that otherwise would have been slowing me down by going five miles an hour under the speed limit in the passing lane.

Really needs to be stated that this isn't how our healthcare system works, the biggest/most specialized hospital chains would take on less risk of everyone was on Medicare instead of having to charge exorbitantly to subsidize money lost from treating the uninsured
For all Universal HC/Single Payer/M4A advocates.
What do the biggest, expensive hospital chains do. Do they opt out and only serve the rich ?
