A tiny volunteer org I'm in has been small enough to rely on assumed shared values, but it's becoming clear we need some institutional norms around these things as we grow membership.

My working theory as an organizer and seasoned protester has always been, the goal is to *slow down* access to your data, with the assumption that they will get there eventually.
