Well, insufficient drains in light of harder rains and new construction that replaced retaining walls with driveways.

Another atmospheric river is due to hit in a few days (Sunday or Monday). So hold onto your hats.

At least one main road in Concrete is missing a bridge. Don’t have details yet which one.

Rivers at major flood stage in WA State: Skagit, Snohomish, Skykomish, Snoqualmie, Stillaguamish, Cedar River, Cowlitz.

Update, Concrete has had a mudslide. Not sure the extent. Waiting to hear back from a local.
