Indeed
The silence from Dems is deafening.

We’re exhausted—looking for leadership and starting to feel desperate. Everything feels like it’s slipping away & electeds aren’t acknowledging it, let alone speaking on it.

@dougjones.bsky.social sounds like someone who’s actually read the room. More of this!

After pressure, they pledged in front of Congress that they'd pass on higher savings rates to their customers.

Judges handling cases related to the Trump administration should do more than simply rule; they should explain their decisions to uphold public trust and the legitimacy of the judiciary. Trump has deployed active military to help round up migrants and put them into detention camps.

The military forced us out of our homes at gunpoint in 1942 because we were considered possibly disloyal Americans. They sent us to internment camps for four years.

History is repeating. Pay attention.

from a practical standpoint, it’s worth considering that these orders that are so clearly unconstitutional cost taxpayers money. Litigation isn’t free. Not to mention the time and attention our civil service have to divert to this roadshow instead of doing the actual work of public service
On the first day of his second term, President Trump issued an executive order to revoke birthright citizenship for some people born in the United States to noncitizen parents.

That's completely unconstitutional.

The J6 pardons are legally authorized but constitutionally unpardonable. Their issuance is a “high crime and misdemeanor” within the meaning of the Impeachment Clause because it is a clear abuse of presidential power. Sadly that power was neutered by the Senate during Trump’s two impeachment trials
