This seems like a really good idea. Sim Sim isn't perfect, but it definitely helped me a bit when I was in silver. This giving specific practice situations for people who don't understand how to use training mode should be helpful to new folks. Finding it in the battle hub might be obtuse though.

Capcom Cup and SFL Finals being PPV is an obvious way to make (more) money. If that money goes to the players or back into the game, cool. If it's just going into Capcom's bank account, fuck it. Since they haven't stated either way, I'm going to assume the latter.
