It’s so odd because error can so often be a matter of perspective? Like history is all things that happened as filtered by whoever is telling the story (ie: battle v ambush, resistance v terrorist, stable monarchy v oppressive hereditary government)

We don't yet have grass, but we do have an orchid and some succulents. You can touch them. And when you're ready, the coffee machine is on and there's clean mugs in the dishwasher.

risk attached. Casual connections, community gathering, and reliable care for the physical body (clean bathrooms, cold water, hot coffee, et al) sustains that work. Environment matters. Being present and grounded in your body and mind matter.

We're building this ship while we're flying it, and, candidly, it could be a total nightmare. But org energy comes from the top, so the office feels like the start of something new, and something good.
