yeah, the debates about the ethics of gen-ai itself seem kinda secondary to the societal consequences of building a machine that makes infinite fake news. I think "do we want to live in the world this creates" is a way more straightforward question, with a much clearer answer.

Personally I always struggled with the d100/BRP convention of 01 being the best, and 00 being the worst, which soured me on roll-under. But Mothership fixes that by just letting 00 be zero, while preserving the elegance of your skill rating being your %chance of success.
