If you’re a dev or a publisher who is staunchly against generative AI, being even mildly vocal about it is a huge selling point nowadays.
It communicates that you & your game(s) have quality and integrity, and makes it a lot easier for people who dislike AI to put their trust in your work.

Did that whole story with Supergiant and the voice actors' union ever go anywhere? As far as I can tell it's gone without conclusion for half a year. No updates from either party, no media coverage.
