My wife, a former radio personality, said that the movie FM is an accurate depiction of terrestrial radio (which is sadly becoming a thing of the past...). And that FM was very popular among radio professionals. Same with WKRP in Cincinnati.

Either that or because they're just too damned uncomfortable now that I'm old. Goodbye, creepers, Doc Martens and skateboard shoes. Hello, sensible shoes with good arch support and orthopedic insoles.

I've never seen SNDN 4 or 5, I aim to correct that this year!

Coulda been worse. It was gonna be strictly 5e until the OGL debacle. Thank Jebus that happened. I backed it and got an extra Talislanta Player's Book instead of the 5e conversion, which I never woulda used.
Agreed though, D&D is the de facto face of the hobby and I hate that.
