Enlightened laws, policies, rhetoric, and inspirational leaders are insufficient, apparently, to unseat 'other' hatred. We need to go at the heart of it with programs that reach hearts & minds at a young age, such as Denmark's program where compassion is taught and practiced in all grammar schools.
