A side effect of deleting the Instagram and Facebook apps off my phone is reduced exposure to advertising, which means fewer unexpected purchases. Pharmaceutical advertising is also not a thing in Canada. My only novelty purchases are currently at Costco.

To be clear: I think the regime's plan to steal the election is doomed to fail. I don't think they're going to pull it off. We can win by voting in huge numbers and mass civil resistance against their crimes.
