Bildungsausgaben nicht zurückschrauben, auch wenn die Geburtenraten sinken: Eine neue Studie zeigt für Finnland, dass die Rentenausgaben niedriger sind (u.a. aufgrund von höheren Beschäftigungsquoten), wenn pro Kopf mehr in Bildung investiert wird.
