"The state and each person shall maintain and improve a clean and healthful environment in Montana for present and future generations."
I wonder what Miller, Bondi, Noem, Hegseth...are thinking for their end-game. Do they really believe they are just going to ride off into the sunset? I mean, when Trump is over, we're either gonna have Nuremberg or the French Revolution. Either way, those cats are going to wind up in prison or dead.

She’s not wrong about the problem, but the proposed solution doesn’t go far enough to incentivize platforms to prevent deepfakes.
We need to hold platforms civilly and criminally liable, including punitive damages, for allowing deep fakes to circulate. That would end it fast.
I never thought I’d opine about Sydney Sweeney’s jeans. And that’s because I didn’t. It was AI.

Deepfakes are getting impossible to detect, especially when companies—and Congress—refuse to act. We need to give Americans control over their own images.

Dems should fight on every front.

If Texas steals 5 seats, Dem states should redistrict 30 GOP members out of their districts.

We should insist DOJ release the entire Epstein File.

Not only shouldn't we bring knives to a gun fight, if they bring pistols, we should bring machine guns.

“They’re not building an economy — they’re dismantling it and giving away the future of manufacturing...[and]...“handing the competitive advantage to Europe, China, Canada, and other nations that are making significant investments in clean manufacturing while leaving the U.S behind....”
This is both stupid economically and devastating environmentally. Some people seem to just want to watch the world burn. And I suspect that the companies directly affected by it are too scared to sue despite a strong legal claim about its illegality.
