In your view, 1. Do those business models have negative societal externalities that aren’t sufficiently outweighed by their benefits? 2. Can those externalities be accurately calculated? 3. Generally, what’s your view on whether/how those Ubers-for-whatever need to be regulated?

I dunno man. Increased traffic would mean more economic activity, which would mean more money to the ru coffers, which only ever turns into more shit-stirring in the neighboring countries. Not a good thing!

Well, I meant the containment structures, not whether it’s a pellet or a rod thing. The IRL probability of successfully and accurately delivering a MOAB to a known target is an interesting discussion, much like whether a standard containment structure can remain standing, even with a hole at the top
