Danced at my favorite New Jersey line dance event and they yell along when I See Country says “LA”. Why!! We don’t do this in actual Los Angeles.

The first half tested my interest but Midnight Run got me in the last hour and then it got very sweet at the end. Subverting my expectations is one of the highest highs of my movie watching journey.

Last year I made it a point to watch more movies and it’s been a very fun journey that’s caught me up on pop culture moments I missed and taught me a lot about storytelling. Last night I passed 2024’s count of 48 movies!
